Transparent guidance on appointment changes, cancellations, and fee refunds at Seoulhoho Hospital.

At Seoulhoho Hospital, we strive to make scheduling and payment procedures clear and fair for both local and international patients.

1. Consultation & Examination Scheduling

General outpatient neurological and internal medicine consultations do not require an advance online deposit unless specifically arranged for a comprehensive package or overnight study.
Specialized scheduled studies — including overnight Polysomnography (PSG) and sedated endoscopy — require advance reservation confirmation.

If you need to change or cancel a scheduled overnight sleep study or specialized procedure, please notify the clinic at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment by calling +82-2-487-7585 or messaging us via the Contact Us page.

Any advance deposit paid for a scheduled examination or treatment not yet performed is eligible for a refund upon cancellation in accordance with Korean Fair Trade Commission consumer dispute resolution standards and the Medical Service Act.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Once medical consultations, diagnostic tests, or IV infusions have been performed, fees for completed medical services are non-refundable.
Itemized medical receipts and documentation for insurance reimbursement are available upon request at the 3F/4F reception desk.
